Refunds and right of withdrawal

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. In short

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michael Sezer, MS Strategies (sole proprietorship), Rämelgässli 96, 3067 Boll, Switzerland, email: kontakt@msstrategies.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When the right of withdrawal expires

Flick Pro is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires when we have begun to perform the contract, that is when Pro is unlocked, after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent with a checkbox on the Pro page. The button to continue to payment only becomes active after you have ticked it.

3. Model withdrawal form

If you want to withdraw from the contract, fill in this form and send it back by email. You do not have to use it.

4. Buyers in Switzerland

Swiss law has no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Problems with Pro

If Pro is not unlocked after payment or a Pro feature does not work as described, write to kontakt@msstrategies.ch with the email address you used for the payment. We will fix it, and if we cannot, your statutory rights apply.
